Are the Coordinates Displayed Accurately?
The map and coordinates displayed on this site are for reference purposes only. The coordinates displayed do not represent legal parcel corners and they cannot be used for reestablishment of parcel corners or boundaries.

Is the Data Current?
New data is added to the digital database every day; however, if a data-entry backlog exists the newest data on Online Cadastre will not be the most current. When new data is converted to digital format it is added to Online Cadastre the following day.

Is Telephone Support Available?
Yes, during regular business hours call Paul Hagen at (250) 952-5017or reception at (250) 952-5021.

Is Support Available 24/7?
An online support and training web site is being written and will be available soon.
