Ministry Print Utility The Ministry Print Utility is a custom software package that is used to route application print requests to either an Oracle Reports Server or via the Oracle DBMS pipes facility to a UNIX host. In the UNIX mode, the report itself executes on the UNIX host and the output is send to a LAN attached printer. Note: The Ministry will be phasing out the UNIX portion of the Print Utility over time. It is strongly recommended that application developers employ client-side printing for new and/or updated applications. Batch reporting should be sent to the Reports Server. Documentation
