Agreement List

We have three different data use agreements.  Please use the appropriate agreement, as described below:

Agreement #1
  • Use this agreement if you (or your company) are the sole user of the digital data
Agreement #2
  • Use this agreement if you are purchasing our data AND you will use a contractor who will have access to our data
Agreement #3
  • Use this agreement if you are a Government of BC employee who will be using a contractor who will have access to our data.
Please print two copies of the appropriate agreement, read it carefully, and sign it.  Keep one copy for your own records and return the signed copy to this office.
