CPAWS Education Program   Canadian Parks and Wilderness Society (CPAWS) offer a variety of teaching material, including units called Grizzly Bears Forever! and SOS: Saving Our Species
     
Nature Education   Nature Canada (formerly the Canadian Nature Federation) includes links to educational recources.
     
Salish Sea: A Handbook for Educators   Fisheries and Oceans Canada co-sponsored the production of this book and CD. It evolved through the efforts of singer songwriter Holly Arntzen working with students in the Saanich School District on southern Vancouver Island. The program is an innovative teaching tool for communicating marine conservation messages through the medium of music. Activities are correlated to BC Ministry of Education IRPs.
     
Space for Species   This program enables students to monitor migratory species and their habitats from beyond Earth’s atmosphere. It is a Web-based learning program that brings science and technology to life. This hands-on, interactive experience is aimed primarily at grades 6 through 9.
     
Wild Education   Nature education programs from the Canadian Wildlife Federation, include Project WILD, Fish Ways, WILD Schools, Focus on Forests / Fire, Ocean Education, and Space for Species.
     
Wild BC   A program designed to increase environmental literacy, it is sponsored by the BC government with base funding provided by the Habitat Conservation Trust Fund.
